My Approach
I specialize in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Sex Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and support for mood disorders. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, with every session tailored to your unique needs and goals. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
Beyond training and clinical knowledge, I believe one of the most important aspects of effective therapy is building a strong, safe, and consistent therapeutic relationship. Meaningful change begins with genuine connection. I want my clients to feel emotionally safe, truly seen, and fully supported throughout the therapeutic process so they can engage openly, heal deeply, and move toward lasting growth and well-being.
I hold dual graduate certifications in Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My clinical training also includes specialized experience in DBT, allowing me to effectively support clients experiencing emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, trauma-related concerns, and mood disorders.
